Spotless hotel, amazingly nice employees at the reception desk. Elegant & good sized unit with a king bed👍😀

Had good stay on a business trip, the staff were affable, location was favourable near the subway to downtown. I got particularly good breakfast with fresh fruit, hot dishes and plentiful cakes. My room included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

breakfast buffet was a bit inconsistent. Items ran out, and were not replaced when the time was coming close to the end of breakfast time slot. Sometimes waiters were not fully attentive of guests (sometimes it took them a long time to offer coffee). Rooms were a bit noisy, mostly from other guests. Noise travels easily in hallways due to absence of carpeting. Music in lobby started too early and sometimes traveled up to 2nd floor

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was situated in a quiet area but still conveniently close to the metro, restaurants, and shops. Spent New Year's Eve at this lovely hotel and had a great experience. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. Great location in a nice and safe area. Near El Golf subway stop in Las Condes, with important avenues very close by. The hotel is relatively small and has a personal touch. The bed was comfortable, and staff were friendly. There is a computer in the lobby which is great for guests who don't travel with their laptop.
